I would like to report bug i found recently. When looking on youtube and I start to move with another program window, browser(firefox) suddenly starts glitching. It mostly happen when video is on and i move with program window (i was able to recreate it), but sometimes it bugs randomly when for example i move with my mouse (i wasn´t able to recreate it). I did also happen when i was reading some news and youtube was closed (i wasn´t able to recreate it). The same thing was happening with older drivers, with up to date windows (updated). Iam using Intel ARC A750 with AMD Ryzen  7 5700X, 32GB RAM, Asus Rog Strix b450-f gaming motherboard. I have WHQL 31.0.101.5382 drivers, on newly (month ago) installed windows 10, both installed on 128GB SSD.  Sending video proof.  Thank you for your time and sorry foe my bad grammar.

Sincerely,

John

Hello ZetorCrystal

Thank you for posting in the communities and sharing your system specs. It would be better if you can share with us your SSU logs as well so we can be more familiar with your configuration. For further isolation, may I please know what Firefox version you have installed? Does it also happen with other browsers? I will be waiting for your reply.

Hello, I have Firefox version 124.0.2 (64-bit). On ms edge and on Chrome(both newest version) there was no problem and no grafical glitching when I was trying to replicate it the same way.  It may also help, the exact type of graphics card is, sparkle intel arc A750 orc OC edition 8GB. Sending SSU logs.

Thank you for fast reply.

Sincerely,

John.

Hello ZetorCrystal,

Thank you for sharing this information. For now, I want to make sure your system is in optimal settings, kindly please try updating your BIOS to the following version: 5404. If the issue still persists after doing so, kindly please share a short description of your display configuration ( Cables used, port used, monitor model) Are you using any cable converters? I will be waiting for your reply.

Hello, I updated my bios to newest verision which is currently 5404. There are still same glitching as before, therefore no success. I also tried monitoring gpu and cpu percentage and RAM usage. Ram usage is usually at 6GB out of 32GB. Processor is at max at 20%. GPU is running at 30 to 40 % when playing video as normal, when i  start glitching it, it jumps to 50 or 60 %. Everything else, like disk usage is fine. Iam using dual monitor setup, main monitor is AOC 2790WG5 16:9, and the second one is DELL P2210 16:10. Both are connected by display ports. Iam not using any converters. Recently i found out that this glitch is happening only when Iam watching something on the main AOC monitor and i move different, windowed app on the DELL monitor or at least on part of the DELL monitor. When trying it the other way around everything seems to be okay. I also found this strange behaviour of Intel Arc Control app. When open on the DELL monitor it is strangely blured. When opened on AOC everything is okay(I will send it as attachment). Iam going to borrow different monitor and I will try replacing the DELL monitor to see if the issue persists.  Sorry for my late response.

Sincerely,

John

Hey @ZetorCrystal

Would be able to check the task manager during the issue happened?

Try to monitor the CPU or GPU percent usage is it high percentage or full load during the issue happened.

Also maybe you can monitor the RAM usage too. So that we can can isolate if the issue is related to full usage of resources.

Hope this helps
