Good afternoon, a few months ago I switched to Intel ARC A750 in RX 580 a few months ago and about the games I play, because I constantly play PUBG BATTLEGROUNDS, I am constantly experiencing problems such as low FPS high Drop and constant bottleneck in AMD RYZEN 5 5600X and I tried the game in DX 11 - DX12 and my operating system I use is Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC version 19044. I use version 5737, I tried win 11 but I did not get good results and I was victimized because I had constant bottleneck problems, I urgently need an optimization on this issue, I also need an optimization on this issue, the driver I use is Intet Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6734 version, I also use bios Version 4631 motherboard PRIME B450M-K II and I want to share with you the screenshot and I only use textures there in the game and I play 1920-1080P and I play the game URGENTLY I WANT OPTIMIZATION NOW

Hello Kyotor,
I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you encountered with Intel Arc A750 while playing PUBG. I perfectly understand how important this is to you. To investigate properly, please share the information below.
1. Is the issue isolated to PUBG?
2. Which digital distribution platform are you using to play the game (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
3. What game settings are you using?
4. Did you use DDU prior to installing the latest driver 32.0.101.6734?
5. Is the issue present from the start of using Arc A750 or did the issue happen just recently?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I hope to hear from you soon.

1. This problem was not only in PUBG but also in CS2 and FORTNITE. I did not see such a problem in other games.
2. I play PUBG on Steam, I haven't tried Epic Games
3. In PUBG, I use high anti-aliasing, high textures, sharpening and DX11
4. since I bought the video card, I have done a total of about 10 clean installations of the driver with DDU and WINDOWS format, this problem happens with every driver
5. I've had this problem since I switched to ARC A750 and I'm not thinking of using RX580 again because this problem is not fixed, I'm so fed up now that I regret buying it.
In addition, please forward this to the Intel driver team and I don't know if you will make a solution with Krafton, but please make improvements regarding optimization for pubg.

Hello Kyotor,
Thank you for sharing all this information.
After review, I'd like to inform you that our team is already aware about the issue with Fortnite and CS2. This is now being investigated and worked on. If you want further support on those 2 games, please create a separate thread for each of them so we can assist you properly. We can only cater one issue per thread and this thread will be focused on the issue with PUBG. About it, please get a Capframe data and ensure that you play the game for at least 5 minutes. This will help us compare the values that you are getting on our end.
Please also try to check the following information:
1. Lower or adjust the in-game settings to see if it will make any difference
2. Check for background processes
3. Set the Power Settings to: High Performance
4. Monitor the System Temperatures
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Jed G.

my months are like this and in the death match 70 60 50 processor usage is happening and there is an abnormal drop problem and the video card dies in crowded places and in some places the processor is using 60 50 again and the video card is also dropping and the bottleneck we know is doing a lot of annoying events and in addition, the screen images I could not make sense but I apologize for this problem that has become too bright.

Are you kidding me people? It's been 3-4 days and you haven't responded. There is still no proper update for the card. These stupid problems have not been fixed for 2-3 years and there is still no fix. I can't understand why you are removing the graphics card. Why are you still removing the graphics card when you haven't done any proper optimization?
I'm sure I'll put this graphics card aside in the future because it's not working properly. Update it to one that works properly and then let's use it.

I am aware of this but it is not enough. Why doesn't Intel update the A series? It only makes improvements to the B series. I really feel sorry for my money. It is too much.
