Hello zucankan619,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you.
This usually happens when the graphics card is running a workload at a high frame rate, and not all cards are affected by this issue. Even if you can hear the noise, this should not damage the card or affect functionality. This can happen on other graphics card products depending on components and design, but some steps can be taken to reduce the sound intensity. Some recommendations include:
- Capping the FPS to the refresh rate of the monitor or lower
- Enabling V-Sync
- Double-checking the power supply efficacy
- Reduce GPU throttling/overclocking
Best regards
