Merhaba,
God of War (2018): DXVK olmadan ve FSR 2.0 açıkken bazı bölgelerde 80-90 FPS alırken, bazı yerlerde 50 FPS’ye düşüyor.
Spider-Man 2: Bazı bölgelerde 120 FPS alıyorum; fakat özellikle ağaçların içinden geçerken veya Central Park’a gittiğimde FPS değerim ciddi şekilde düşüyor.
God of War: Ragnarök: Bölgeden bölgeye FPS değerlerim çok dalgalanıyor.

Hello ardactn,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- Are you using an Intel brand Arc B580?
- Was it working fine before?
- What was the last change made in the system before the issue started?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hello,
First of all, let me say hello. Yes, you are right — I should have created this topic in English. I’ll try to keep my response brief and clear.
To answer your first question:
Yes, I am using an Intel Arc B580 graphics card. Specifically, it’s the Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition, meaning it’s a standard Intel-branded model and not a custom version by a third-party manufacturer.
Here are my system specifications:
Motherboard: Biostar B450MH
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB)
Storage: 512GB M.2 SSD
GPU: Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition
Now, to answer your second question:
This issue has been present from the beginning. At first, I thought my graphics card might be defective. However, after researching online, I found that I’m not the only one experiencing this.
For example, in Stalker 2, I get around 70–80 FPS in some areas, but in others, it drops to around 50–60 FPS. In short, my frame rates are fluctuating significantly. I’ve also experienced similar issues in Spider-Man 2, Black Myth: Wukong, God of War (2018), God of War: Ragnarök, and Days Gone. These are games I personally tested.
To confirm this is not an isolated case, I researched online and found videos showing the same issue. Here are two examples:
Stalker 2 - FPS drops example:
From 7:52 to 9:15, you can observe noticeable FPS fluctuations even on a system with an i5 12400F and 32GB RAM.God of War: Ragnarök - FPS drops example:
From 10:36 to 12:12, FPS drops from ~75 to ~50 in certain areas on the same system.
Based on my findings, I believe the issue is not limited to my setup. Even when paired with a capable CPU like the i5 12400F, the Arc B580 seems to suffer from bottleneck-related frame pacing issues.
Please try to empathize with me — wouldn’t you be frustrated if you were playing a game and your FPS kept jumping from 90 to 40 in different areas? It really affects the gaming experience.
Now moving to the third question:
Before the issue appeared, I hadn’t made any hardware changes to my system. However, in the next week or so, I plan to upgrade it slightly. I’ve just purchased a high-quality air cooler for my Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, which I will install once it arrives. I plan to overclock my CPU from its current 4.4GHz max to around 4.7–4.9GHz.
Additionally, I intend to buy a 2K 165Hz monitor and start gaming in 2K resolution. The purpose of this is to reduce the bottleneck between my CPU and GPU. Interestingly, I’ve noticed that in some games, the Intel Arc B580 performs more stably at 2K compared to 1080p — with fewer FPS fluctuations at higher resolutions.
I cannot change my CPU right now because doing so would also require buying a new motherboard, which would be too costly. Instead, upgrading my monitor and cooling solution to overclock the CPU is a more budget-friendly option.
Finally, regarding troubleshooting steps I’ve taken so far:
I installed DXVK on games that don’t support DirectX 12.
I increased my resolution from 1080p to 2K.
I overclocked my CPU.
These steps seem to be the most effective for now.
I don’t mind doing the work to improve performance — all I want from you is an honest answer: Is there a bottleneck issue with this GPU or not? If there is, I would like you to acknowledge it, because I feel like I’m not getting a clear explanation from you.
Thank you.

actually, instead of buying an air cooler and a monitor, I could have sold my intel arc b580 graphics card and bought an rtx 4060 ti or an amd series graphics card, but I didn't because I love intel. i trust you guys and i hope you solve this bottleneck problem as soon as possible because no one who buys the intel arc b580 graphics card combines this graphics card with processors like ryzen 9 9950x3d. most people who buy this video card combine this video card with processors like ryzen5 5600, i5 12400f, ryzen5 7500f just like me. please solve this problem now. it has been about 5 months since i bought the card.

Let me start with the first question. I already shared the link to the video showing the issue in my previous messages. I also mentioned the timestamps where the issue happens. You're asking me to upload the video again, but the file is over 23 MB, so I can’t send it here directly. That’s why I’ll share screenshots instead. If you click on the game titles in the example message I sent earlier, it will take you to the video.
Now for your second question: all the games were tested on Steam. I already mentioned this in my answer to the first question, but you asked again.
As for your third question, I followed the link you provided, learned how to generate the txt file, and I'm attaching it here.
I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Hello ardactn,
Thank you for the update.
Upon checking the SSU, your current Graphics driver version is 32.0.101.6790.
The latest that we have on our download site is 32.0.101.6793.
Please update your driver using DDU method. Kindly refer to the link below for the link of the steps on how to perform DDU and the link of the latest driver:

First of all, I have used DDU multiple times to uninstall and reinstall my drivers, and I did all of this in Safe Mode. Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem. When I check the application, it says I have the latest version installed. I will now download the version you provided, but honestly, I don't expect anything to change.
On your website, you state that the card is supported starting from the Ryzen 3000 series, yet I am experiencing bottleneck issues even with an i5-12400F. I no longer believe this card will ever be fixed. I wish I had bought an AMD or NVIDIA graphics card instead—at least they know how to do their jobs properly!

Hello ardactn,
I am sorry to hear that.
That is why I am trying to gather the data that I needed to further investigate the issue and check if this is an isolated one.
Kindly update me once you tried the latest driver. Here on my end, I am also trying to further check this issue. I hope you understand.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

I tried the latest version with all the games I mentioned, except for God of War Ragnarök, but the issue is still there. I’m not sure if it’s just because I overclocked my Ryzen 5 5600 from 4.4 GHz to 4.7 GHz, but my PC starts up a lot faster now. Other than that, nothing really changed.
