Hello dear Intel Arc developers! I want to touch on the problem that arose after updating Intel Arc drivers from version 31.0.101.4644 WHQL to a newer version and this problem is still present today. The fact is that after updating from the driver version 31.0.101.4644 WHQL, the Multi Theft Auto (MTA) game crashes with this error:
Module = C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\iigd_dch_d.inf_amd64_e32f6826960c4fe5\igd9trinity32.dll
Version = 1.6-release-22388.0.000
Time = Wed May 22 22:35:28 2024
Module = C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\iigd_dch_d.inf_amd64_e32f6826960c4fe5\igd9trinity32.dll
Code = 0xC0000005
Offset = 0x009DD7AE
EAX=9B30BA78 EBX=00021420 ECX=0001BA78 EDX=00021420 ESI=9B2F
I would like to see a solution to this problem in a newer version of the drivers for Intel Arc
And I'm not the only one affected by this problem, here's a link to 1 more forum: Intel Arc GPU Mta Crash - Client - Multi Theft Auto: Forums
Link to the game: Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas - Grand Theft Auto Multiplayer Mod

Hi Artemius,
Apologies for the delay in my response.
What is the graphics model you are using?
- A clean driver installation using DDU in safe mode is recommended. Follow this link for instructions.
- You could also test using the latest Beta driver. Our Beta drivers go through all Intel quality assurance processes and are safe to use for evaluation.
- Tell us where to obtain the game (Steam, Epic, etc.)
Let us know if you have other questions.
Best regards,
Dean R.

Hello! Thanks for the answer Dean, I will try all the solutions that you sent and after that I will write if they helped me. As for the link to the game, it is not in the Epic Game Store or Steam, it can only be downloaded from this link on the official website: https://multitheftauto.com/

Hi, Dean! Thanks for the help! As you advised, I have updated the driver to the latest version 32.0.101.5989. After updating the driver, all errors and freezes in the MTA disappeared. Thank you for your help!
Thanks again for solving my problem!:)
