Hello,
I'm having some problems with the A750.
I used to play valorant with 300-400 fps, but now I have 200-300 with some weird lags, I have only 90-100 fps on R6 and I can't find a way to make them work as before.
I thought it was the driver update that I did to play tlou2, but I tried to go back to different drivers (6257- 6559-6632) that used to work, but I have the same performances.
Everytime i used DDU before installing a driver, but nothing works.
Now I'm back with the latest driver (6737) and I have the same issue.
I use Low settings on both games (the same settings I used before).
My pc:
i5-9600kf with res bar on
24gb ram
win 11
Arc A750 Sparkle with low latency "on+boost"
Update:
With the 6739 driver the issue remains.

Hello Ariyja,
Thank you for posting in the community. To further investigate this issue, I have a few questions:
- Can you share a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings? Additionally, are you experiencing performance issues with other games as well?
- To gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
Lastly, I would like to visually check the FPS you are getting when playing Valorant using the latest driver. Could you please download and install a third-party application called CapframeX to record your FPS while playing? After installing this application, please record the entire game so that I can compare the results you got to mine. You can follow the guide at this link to install it on your system.
Best regards,

Hello, sorry for the late reply!
I tried the games with the latest driver, the performances were even worse, especially on TLOU2 but I found out one issue this time!
I forgot to mention that I have a second gpu, a Nvidia GTX 1660 Super that I use for my second monitor and for the VR (since it's not supported on the arc).
I tried disabling it and r6 started working just like tlou2 started working as before.
Valorant still has issues!
I'm sharing with you the capframe files, I couldn't download the "OverlayEntryConfiguration", cannot start the download, hope is not a problem! I captured all 3 games with the 1660 and without so you can see the differences!
I have been using this setup since the beginning and it was working fine (with very good performances!), hope you can help me fix it!
Thank you!

Hello Ariyja,
Thank you for providing this information. It seems you're reporting issues with three games. To ensure focused assistance, I can help with one game at a time. Could you let me know which game you'd like to address in this thread? For the other games, please create separate threads, as troubleshooting will vary for each. When creating new threads, include all relevant information to help the representative assist you efficiently.
Best regards,

Valorant Is the one that keeps having issues, so let's focus on It!
I will later monitor the other two games and see if there Is an incompatibility with Nvidia and Intel drivers, i'll open other threads if necessary, but I won't change anything for the moment unless you tell me to.
So at the moment my second GPU Is not enabled, but valorant keeps having performance issues, fps are still lower than before.
Let me know if you need any other information or test!
Thank you
