Intel Arx B580 BAD Performance in Minecraft ( OpenGL ) , Valorant ( Directx11 )

Please optimize for these games, it works stably without crashing, but the FPS is very low, compared to 3060, 4060, the fps when playing these games is almost 3 times lower. While the Valorant and Minecraft player communities are still very large worldwide.

Thank you for posting in the community. To further assist you and investigate the issue, please provide answers to the following questions below.

 

  • Have you tried reinstalling the application?
  • What version of Minecraft are you currently using?
  • Have you tried loading default in BIOS?
  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration. 
  • Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version? 
  • Kindly share some screenshots and recordings of your game settings so we can replicate and check the issue on our end using the same settings you use during gameplay. 
  • Additionally, you may follow this guide on how to report performance issues in the game. 
  • What steps were taken to troubleshoot this issue?  

 

Please note, I can only accommodate one game per case. Therefore, we will focus on Minecraft. Kindly create a separate ticket for your Valorant concern so we can provide faster support for each specific game issue.
