Intel B580 Crashing In Path Of Exile 2

Hey

I’m using an Intel B580 and I’ve been facing a strange issue with Path Of Exile 2

The problem:

My PC crashes and restarts at certain points in the game—sometimes during cutscenes, sometimes in specific locations, sometimes in the boss fight. Temperatures are fine, drivers are up to date, and there are no other system-wide issues.

Also Warhammer 40k 2 have the same problem.

I can’t seem to replicate the problem reliably, and that’s what’s frustrating me the most.

Any help would be appreciated!

my specs are:
Gigabyt b650m S2H
Ryzen 5 7500f
Kingston Furry 2*16 32 Gb
Kingston 1tb ssd
750w psu

Hi @McKnight ,

Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.

  • Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
  • Could you let me know the origin of the game? Where did it come from, and where did you download it?
  • Have you previously performed a clean installation of the graphics driver, before using either an older or the latest version?
  • Are there any software and hardware changes made on the system?
  • Have you encountered any error messages during the crashes?
  • Additionally, you may follow this guide on how to report Crashing/freezing issues/BSOD in the game.

I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.
