Hello Alak,

Thank you for posting in our communities.

To help me further identify the problem and offer you a solution, kindly provide the following details:

  • What do you want to achieve?
  • Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, graphics driver version, errors logged in the system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.

We look forward to your response!

Hello Alak,

Thank you so much for the response.

We will try to check this option:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000\MediaFoundation\Transforms\36884b4b-41cd-4563-a2d7-15025a3bcaee]
Intel® Hardware HDCP Encryptor MFT"
"InputTypes"=hex:00
"OutputTypes"=hex:00
"Attributes"=hex:00
"MFTFlags"=dword:00000000

Then, I will let you know how it works.

Have a fantastic day, and thank you very much for your patience and understanding!

Hello Alak,

Thank you so much for patiently waiting on our response.

We wanted to inform you that the Intel® Hardware HDCP Encryptor MFT key is bound to the service "IntelCpHDCPSvc.exe."

This service is responsible for encrypting the video signal to comply with HDCP requirements, ensuring that the content is protected against unauthorised interception and copying. It's a component that would typically be used in scenarios where secure video streaming is necessary, such as in the playback of protected Blu-ray discs or streaming of protected video content.

Intel Customer Support does not offer support for modifying the Windows Registry; hence, we only suggest using the default value keys as shown in the registry after the driver is formally installed.

By the way, if you have additional questions, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Best regards,

Carmona A.
