Intel Iris Xe Graphics flickering

Hi Guys,

 

 My laptop has an issue , when i remove the charging pin it starts flickering and stop flickering when i uninstall the display driver or plugin back the charging pin.

 I have updated the drivers so many time but the problem still exist.

 please guide me what is the issue and what i should do in this case.
