Using HP envy laptop with A370M. I cannot make sense of the Telemetry of GPU activity, wattage in the Intel Arc software. For instance, in the attached I am running FurMark that taxes GPu 100%. Windows 11 Task manager shows 99% use, yet Telemetry shows 14% use.
why? is GPU activity measured differently?

Hello Danrdz10103,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
In order to start the research to determine the reason why you are seeing different values for the usage of the graphics card we will need to gather the following information:
- When did you start noticing the difference in the reports, after an update or a recent change on your device?
- Besides the different values in telemetry are you experiencing any other issues?
- Download and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* make sure to check the box "Everything" and save the resulting .txt file you can attach to your reply. Link for Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
This information will allow us to have a clearer understanding of the issue

Thanks for the reply. I ended up returning that laptop to the store as I was getting frequent crashes so I cannot comment anymore. I will mark this thread as solved not to confuse people. Thanks for the reply.

Just thought I would mention that the ARC software will see both intel GPUs, the integrated IGPU and the ARC discreate adaptor. It looks like the telemetry is monitoring the IGPU. When it is monitoring an ARC card it mentions Intel ARC and Model number below Intel Performance Telemetry. That is also based on the frequency that is being reported, the A370M should be around 1500Mhz under full load if the power budget is available.
