A750 new install, no previous gpu. Latest driver, Ryzen 5600x.

Iron harvest has some really annoying glitches and artifacts, when li move the mouse, there is a trail after it and sometimes big yellow spots in game.

Hello esarparn,

I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please share your system configuration so I we can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt). *Attach the log file as you reply.

Please include the following:

1)What is the graphics driver you are using?

  • Confirm you are using the latest WHQL graphics driver available (let us know the exact driver version you are using).
  • A clean driver installation using DDU in safe mode is recommended. Follow this link for instructions.
  • You could also test using the latest non-WHQL driver. This driver goes through all Intel quality assurance processes and is safe to use for evaluation.

2) Tell us the name of the game or application and where to obtain it (Steam, Epic, etc.)

3) Also provide your Power Supply make and model and your TV/Display make and model.*Share the product specification's link if possible.

4) Tell us the steps to reproduce the issue (If this is available).

5) For graphics corruption (per example artifacts, textures corruption or lighting glitches) please use any 3rd party application to capture screenshots or a video showing the bug. Alternatively, you may use your phone's camera or similar.

I will wait for your reply.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

I have tested both whql and non-whql, ddu, updated bios, reinstalling the game (iron harvest), nothing works. My psu is a kolink 700w bronze 80+ and my main display is an asus 1080p screen. I have also tried it on my 4k Philips tv. Same result.

Hello esarparn,

This issue is still being checked internally and would need to get the following details below:

1) What game distribution platform did you get the game (e.g.: Steam, Epic Games)? It would be best if can share the link if possible.

2) I have previously asked for photo/video of the issue; however you only provided the photo. Can we get a video of the issue happening?

3) Can I also get the other graphics settings other than the screen resolution (1080p)?

4) Please share replication steps.

I will wait for your reply.

Best regards,

Hello esarparn,

Please be informed that we do not observe the glitches shown in the screenshots with driver version 101.6647. Therefore, kindly proceed to download the 32.0.101.6647 WHQL Certified (Latest) driver then proceed with clean installation using DDU and let us know the results.

Additionally, please check the screenshots below, if this is the exact "yellow spots" you were getting? We attempted to replicate it and noticed the same problem.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

Hello esarparn,

I'm glad to hear that your game is now running smoothly and the artifacts have disappeared. If the issue arises again, please visit our driver download page for the latest drivers (currently version 32.0.101.6651) to update or consider using DDU for uninstallation.

I will now close this thread. If you need assistance in the future, please start a new inquiry, as this thread will no longer be actively monitored.

Sincerely,

JeanetteC.
