RESOLVED: Update BIOS to latest version which also fixes Arc not seeing BAR is enabled.
Does not boot into Windows 11 (fully patched) and get Black screen.
GPU: A770
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900
RAM: 64Gb 3600, 4x16Gb
Board: MSI B550 Gaming Carbon Wifi
OS: Windows 11 Pro, latest version and Patches
After much testing I have determined this is caused by having SVM (virtualisation) enabled in the BIOS.
Disabling SVM this allows system to boot into Win 11.
Enabling SVM boots to Black Screen.
This is easily to reproduce on my system.
Also note this is causing issues as I can't run WSL or Docker!

Hello knarf,
Thank you for contacting Intel Technical Support for graphics.
We are sorry to hear you experience with virtualized BIOS settings enabled with Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics. We are glad to assist.
Upon checking virtualization feature is not supported on the Intel® Arc Graphics, hence may render/cause problems with such dependent programs that rely on that technology.
However let me check further the information.
Best regards,
Luis A.
Intel Customer Support Technician.

Hi Luis,
Is this a hardware limitation or a driver limitation? I also just purchased an A750 card and had to disable virtualization in order to get my monitors to turn on. Also, is this purely a limitation when used with AMD CPUs?
If it is a driver limitation, are there plans to address it?
