In 100% cases when trying to minimize (or alt+tab) the game while loading, the pc freezes up and it's impossible to maximize the game again. This also often hapens mid game and sometimes hapens by itself without even using alt+tab. The PC can end up indefinitely frozen, and even though you can restart the game by killing it in the task manager (lol client, not the game), it doesn't always work and can even break the game (in a very weird way, like making everything run faster than it's supposed to, while conflicting with the server data). The safest and sometimes the fastest option is a complete PC reboot.
Almost always there's an error message saying "The operating system restarted your graphic drivers, league of legends will be shut down" (it doesn't shut down)
Beta drivers don't help

Hello Remlin379
Thanks for confirming.
We tested the game with the version 31.0.101.4577 and 31.0.101.4502. We did not have any issue with the game while pressing ALT+TAB and switched between windows.
The PC did not freeze, crash or something similar. We were able to get back with the game with no issues.
If there is something else we may need to try in order to replicate the issue, please let us know.
Best regards,
Jose B.

Most of the times I have a browser (chrome) in the full screen background, but it also crashed without it. It also seems to only crash AFTER I click something with LOL minimized.

Same exact issue "Windows restarted your gpu driver because of a problem, driver update of physical removal"
I updated the driver, and by the way, arc control couldn't find any new version so I had to use IDSA

I too have the same issue. Game freezes and terminates upon tabbing and clicking another window. Can confirm the solution has not been reached on the latest drivers. Using an A750 instead of the A770 the OP is using. The fix has been downgrading to the May drivers.

The next version after 31.0.101.4502 was one where Intel "upgraded" lol performance, the game's not working since then. I didn't roll back because I don't play lol that much, but it's quite obvious it's Intel's fault

this is still a problem for me. It has been persisting for months now and I take every update as soon as they become available. Can you please have a team actually look into this and fix it? Its very frustrating not being able to play a game like League of Legends which can basically run on a Chromebook.
