LA Noire crashes on startup

I've tried to launch LA Noire through steam multiple times, with no luck. Game worked perfectly before getting A750 card, so my best guess is that the card is the culprit to this issue.

Now it fails instantly when loading up the game launcher itself, after cycling through both steam launcher and the rockstar launcher.

I have since resolved this issue, I apparently had a faulty install of the rockstar social club launcher which I noticed when I tried to run a different rockstar game. Reinstalled the launcher and all seems well now. It always seems to be the easy fixes that work the best after all, so happy to report that the A750 was not the culprit to this problem.
