It is laughable, but the reality is that Microsoft's software renderer, the WARP device, can render much more accurately and without crashing.
From the Arc control panel
I would like to see the addition of an option to specify d3d9 rendering via d3d9on12.dll and d3d9 rendering via WARP devices on a per application basis.

- Please take videos of the issue and the crashes occurring and share them with us.
- Upon the freezes and crashes do you get any error messages?
- Please share with us what are the steps that are required in order to reproduce the issue.
- Download and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* make sure to check the box "Everything" and save the resulting .txt file you can attach it to your reply. This information will allow us to have a clearer view of the whole issue and give us the opportunity to start the troubleshooting process
