New Driver brings back old Problems...COD MW3 100% CPU load

Ive installed the newest driver and now ive got the old Problem. When ever i start cod and try to play MP,  CPU has 100% and cod gets a timeout and/or freezes

This gets anoying...

Windows 11 up to date Version

Core i5 12400
