Performance Overlay for B580?

I'd like to enable an overlay to see performance metrics while gaming. I've seen instructions on Telemetry (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000095875/graphics.html), but the option doesn't seem to exist in 32.0.101.6253
