Performance issue on GTA V

Hello,

Since I bought my Intel ARC A770 LE GPU in November, I have very bad performance on GTA V. This problem is persistent on all driver versions.

I am on average at 60-70 FPS on high settings. I have already tried to reinstall GTA V, drivers with DDU, reinstall Windows 11.

I tried to run GTA V on DXVK 1.10 and DXVK 2.0 but I get the error ERR_GFX_D3D_SWAPCHAI_ALLOC_2.

I tried asking for help on the Intel Insider Community Discord and I seem to be the only one having performance issues on this game.

Here is my configuration:
CPU: i5-10400F
GPU : ARC A770 LE 16GB
RAM : 4x 8Go 3200MHz
PSU : 850W Gold
BIOS VERSION : F21 - UEFI
OS : Windows 11

I am sorry to hear that you are having performance issues with your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics, please answer the questions below for a better understanding of the situation:


  • Take a video of the issue.
  • Take a screenshot of the game settings.
  • Is Resizable Bar enabled?
  • Provide a list of all the graphics drivers tested.
  • Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool:

Hello !

Yeah, the resizable bar is activated as soon as the Intel card is installed.

Here is the list of tested drivers :
- 31.0.101.4032 ACTUAL INSTALLED
- 31.0.101.4034
- 31.0.101.3959
- 31.0.101.3802
- 31.0.101.3490

The performance problem appears on all versions.

I have also already tried to reinstall GTA V and Windows 11.

I am attaching the SSU report and the performance video as well as the parameters of GTA V.

I also noticed during the recording that the clock frequency of the gpu remains quite low
