Can you please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report so I can assess the PC components of your system? Please follow instructions here and send the generated file - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
Does it work properly before and only encountering this now?
Also, can you give me a screenshot of the screen that shows that message (128 MB) in Ghost Recon Breakpoint?
Lastly, what gaming distribution platform did you get the game from? (eg.: Steam, Ubisoft, etc.)
I look forward to hearing from you soon and your answers will help me assess this further.
Best regards,
Jed G.

Hi Jedg_Intel,
Thank you for your reply. I'm sending you the information from the scan and the screenshot of the message.
No, it's never worked before, and I'm launching the game via Ubisoft connect.
Thank you for your reply,
Sorry for my broken English

Hello Theo1015,
Thank you for providing all the information.
Based on the SSU logs, it seems that the driver of Intel Iris Xe Graphics is out of date. Please update the driver to the latest version 32.0.101.5972. Also, perform a clean installation of the driver once you have downloaded it. I will be attaching links below for your reference.
Download link here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
Clean installation: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html
I hope this addresses your concern. In case that you are still having the same issue, let me know so I can assist.
Thank you and have a good one!
Best regards,
Jed G.

Hello Theo1015,
I checked online and this Youtube video gives the basis for the performance for Intel Iris Xe (You have the same processor as the video) at 720p which averages at ~32 fps. You are using 1080p so performance could be lower compared to the video. This also shows the same issue with the VRAM that you are reporting at 8 seconds of the video and appears to be a game issue.
Also, based on the system requirements - the game requires discrete graphics, please see here - Buy Ghost Recon Breakpoint Ultimate Edition on PC & More | Ubisoft Store
I also found a Youtube video showing performance with the minimum requirement of GTX 960 but using an i3 10100F video - Ghost Recon Breakpoint l GTX 960 4GB AND INTEL CORE I3 10100F benchmark 1080P (youtube.com)
In game, I can see mid 30s to high 40s for the FPS in-game playing and this is with a discrete graphics. VRAM for the GPU shows up properly though.
If you'd like us to investigate further, please run tests on CapFrameX data based on Need help? Reporting a bug or issue with Arc GPU? - PLEASE READ THIS FIRST! - Intel Community under "Performance Issues".
I look forward to your response!
Best regards,
Jed G.
