buenas noches

Hi, addelucas123.
Thank you for patiently waiting.
As I looked into the issue (Error Code 17, while capturing from the Intel Arc) it might be caused by a variety of factors. As such, I would like to share this link/article: Encountered Error Code 17 When Capturing Video from Intel® Arc™ Control Panel, which might help fix the issue with Error Code 17.
Also, have you tried testing an alternative graphics driver version, such as the previous ones (e.g., 31.0.101.5330)? This allows us to identify whether the problem remained even in prior versions of the graphics driver.
Best Regards,
Von M.

I'm David, I have everything updated with the steps that you mentioned or that you are going to mention to me, and the problem persists, that is, if I activate the built-in monitor speakers it works, and if I deactivate it it works, but if I put the speakers on it doesn't work I'll send you a video of the steps I did, etc., so you can see that I do it well, Everything is updated to the latest version and there is no way, I wanted to report it and please, I have another new thread I would like you to read it

Hi, addelucas123.
Thank you for patiently waiting.
There is a known issue with Realtek’s Sonic Studio III and Intel Arc Control that may result in the error message. This is under investigation hence for now the only recommendation we can provide is to uninstall this application, kindly refer to: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000095476/graphics.html
However, we noticed that you have already opened a new case number about this same issue, please know, however, that we will now be closing this case. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best Regards,
Von M.

good morning
I have the latest version Realtek Sonic Studio III v6.3.9600.2342, I uninstalled the Realtek Sonic Studio III drivers and reinstalled from the beginning with a clean installation, and even so the problem continues and persists, I have already done several tests even installing Windows 10 from scratch , And it continues and it is no longer a computer problem, It is now a driver problem, so please take it very seriously
Greetings
DAVID

Good afternoon
I continue and the problem with Capture persists. If I choose Realtek Speakers, I get the following: Cannot start capture, Device malfunction. Make sure you are not connected to a VPN. Error code 17, Verify that it is not connected and it is indeed disconnected, but the problem persists with the latest drivers 31.0.101.5382 Intel Arc A770, I have already done a clean uninstallation, I am not going to repeat the same song again, this must be reported, thank you
greetings
David

Dear Intel Support,
Is there any progress in finding a solution for this issue? I used to be able to use the BROADCAST function of the ARC Control Center but now when I try to broadcast I get the error code 17. The message talks about making sure that there is no VPN which seems a strange error, but I am not connected to a VPN
Attached is the SSU output
