Tell me, please, one more thing, I noticed that Solidworks works very slowly on an Intel card, for example, with the same components, but with the old RX5500XT card there were no difficulties, everything worked quickly, but now in order to select the plane of a part, it takes several seconds until the program outlines the contour and I can rotate or zoom in on the part and do something else!!!
Every time I hover the cursor over some part of the part, the outline is drawn, and with another video card I never paid attention to this, but with the B580 I have to wait, it’s impossible to work like that!!!

Hello Raifart,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
This issue you've raised may be related to this article:
Slow Performance Running SolidWorks* 2023/2024 on Intel® Arc™ A770/750
To further check, please help share the details below:
1) When did the issue start?
2) Did the SolidWorks application worked fine previously and only had the issue recently?
3) May I know what the current driver version is installed for your Intel® Arc™ B580 Graphics?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

1) the problem was right after installing the video card, I know that it's not just me
2) the problem was there before, I recently reinstalled Windows and the problem remained
3) the screenshot shows the driver version, with the previous driver everything was the same

Hello Raifart,
Good day!
As for SolidWorks performance: the app developer only recommends using Intel Arc Pro Graphics cards for this application https://www.solidworks.com/support/hardware-certification/
I highly recommend contacting the app developer (Solidworks) for confirmation.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

It turns out that for each application I have to buy a separate video card?, this is an outrageous situation! Why is this not the case with Radeon or NVIDIA, SolidWorks works very fast there!

Hello Raifart
This is a hardware limitation on the application's (Solid Works) end. I highly recommend contacting the app developer (Solidworks) for confirmation of this limitation.
