I am trying to make changes to my Arc A750LE card in the performance section to increase the wattage limit it can support. but when selecting the desired option an error message appears, you can read but it will be in Portuguese.
I am on version 31.0.101.4577, and when testing for older versions like 31.0.101.4369 this error does not appear. this seems strange to me and I do not want to stay on an old version, because they will not be optimized for newer games.
PC CONFIGURATION:
NZXT N7 B650E
RYZEN 7 7800X3D
G.SKILL FLARE X5 6000MHZ 16X2
ARC A750 LE
*The pc drivers are all updated (using Easy Driver) and with windows 11 in the latest version 22H2.when I click to apply the configuration, the application gives me this error warning in red.

Hello cairamribeiro
Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communites. I know it is important for you to modify the performance settings on your GPU to get the most out of it and I will be glad to assist with this issue.
First in order to discard any possible corrupted installation I would suggest doing the installation of the driver version 31.0.101.4577 using the Display Driver Uninstaller tool in safe mode you can also test the latest BETA 31.0.101.4578.
As well in order to make sure there are no conflicts between software tools make sure there is no other monitoring/overclocking app opened at the same time that applies settings to your system
If the issue still happens we would like to get the following information:
- Version of the Arc Control software installed, you can check it by going to the gear icon in the top right corner of the app the latest version is 1.70.5084.2 and it should be bundled with the latest driver, however, it will be good to check that you do not have an older version.
- Is the error message only coming up when adjusting the settings as in the screenshot? Or, does it happen regardless of how the sliders are set?
Best Regards

hello, thanks for the suggestion, but I must admit that I have tried with DDU twice with the beta version and the normal version. all of them in their latest versions, and remembering that when I used version 31.0.101.4369 there was no such problem, that is, the versions had some change in the programming for this error to happen not only with me but with some people that I knew when reading here. I uninstalled any temperature monitor or NZXT Cam and it did not solve, the application installs and runs in the background, but when you need to use Control ARC it does not open, you need to "force close" the application and its plugins to enter Control again. and when you open it it does not work correctly, no settings remain saved and this error appears. I will be making the Log available to you.

Hello cairamribeiro
Thank you for sharing those details with us. We will need to take a further look at these log files, however, I would also like to confirm the firmware of your Arc GPU since at the moment we do not have many reports of this issue it might be related to a certain firmware version, you can find it by clicking in the gear icon in the top right corner of the Arc Control software.
Also, from the information we requested in our last post, Could please let us know if the issue happens when modifying any type of parameter or performance slider, or specific to a certain setting or configuration?
Best Regards,

Hello cairamribeiro
I wanted to check back on this issue and let you know that there is a newer driver update bundled with a new version of Arc Control as well. Driver version 31.0.101.4644 and Arc Control 1.71.5235.2 correspondingly. I would advise that you try this new version and check if the issue still happens. You can install this new version with Display Driver Uninstaller as well.
In case the issue continues we would like to know whether the issue happens when modifying a specific slider of the performance/overclocking settings or when using a specific configuration so we can have a better understanding of this issue and can come up with a fix for you.

I have the same problem and I changed performance_tuning.js. Now I have the fan speed control option, but it still does not function.Maybe it’s just that I got a wrong js file. Can I have the right one to test?

Hello bugs
I see you are facing the same problem, at the moment, our recommendation is to install the latest driver 31.0.101.4644 using Display Driver Uninstaller in order to test the latest version of Arc Control Software. Once updated, and if the issue persists we would appreciate it if you could let us know the firmware version installed on your GPU so we can check if the issue is only following certain GPUs.

Hello bugs
Since there is no information on Arc Control, please create a log file following these instructions so we can get the firmware version of the GPU. As well we would like to get your hardware/software information so we can get more details on the configurations that you are using, to do so create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attaching to your reply.

Hello cairamribeiro
We wanted to know if you were able to test the latest driver that we shared in our previous post version 31,0,101,4644 and if so, please let us know if the issue still happens.
In case the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could share the firmware of your graphics. In case you are also missing the hardware information in Arc Control as @bugs, please let us know and create a report from the Intel Graphics Command Center which should contain the firmware information.
