Ragnarok Battle Offline没有画面

在使用Arc750的Windows10的运行Ragnarok Battle Offline,并且跳过动画,主界面有声音无画面,打开游戏没有错误信息。

 

Arc750驱动程序的版本是31.0.101.5084,干净安装,设置都是默认值。

 

在使用GTX 1060的Windows10上运行一切正常。

The black screen issue you are reporting is at the moment a known problem that we are currently investigating. At the moment there is no estimated time for the issue to be resolved but rest assured we are working on it. Once there is more information available this thread will be updated.

但该游戏的运行速度很低,FPS在20左右

Thank you for sharing the details. If you're experiencing issues, I recommend trying the latest graphics driver version, 31.0.101.5444 because we released a newer version again. Please ensure to use the DDU to thoroughly remove any previous drivers before installing the new one. Once you've updated the driver, we'd be interested to hear about the outcome.

我以前是“✔干净安装”来使用驱动程序,不仅是31.0.101.5382还是31.0.101.5444的版本,画面正常,但是它们都使该游戏运行在一个很低的速度上,而且会导致另一个游戏Granblue Fantasy:Relink有一些几率崩溃(无任何错误提示)

 

今天我尝试用DDU卸载旧的驱动程序之后再安装31.0.101.5444的驱动程序,和以前一样,Ragnarok Battle Offline的运行速度很低,Granblue Fantasy:Relink会崩溃

 

我退回到31.0.101.5333的驱动程序,Ragnarok Battle Offline的画面在5333版本中是黑的,但Granblue Fantasy:Relink不会崩溃

 

我会继续耐心等待新版本的驱动程序修复这些问题,非常感谢
