Hi there!
I got a problem with my new intel arc b580. The problem is that it is perfoming really, really bad compared to gtx 1080ti (my older graphic card) even on a very low settings and i really don't know why. Fortnite is unplayable now on lowest settings on DX12 and it's jumping between 70-120, when on gtx 1080ti it was mostly stable at 144. In Counter-Strike 2 on some maps, with lowest setting i can't even past 140, like on train, when i was on older graphic card there was more fps and they are more stable.
If we talking about VR games, im playing on Virtual Desktop Streamer using Oculus Quest 2 i can't even get stable 60 fps on lowest settings with low render resolution, but a guy on a youtube video getting 120fps on A770! Do i missing something?

Resizable bar is on, drivers are up to date.
dxdiag with my specs is attached.

Hi IMIRR,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing performance issues with the Arc B580. Please share the information below for me to investigate this matter.
1. What game settings are you using with the GTX 1080ti?
2. Is the issue isolated to Fortnite and Counter Strike 2?
3. Please share a short video clip of the issue
4. Have you checked the temperature of the GPU?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,

Hi!
1. using lowest settings possible on 1920x1080, tried on medium and high too but nothing changes.
2. To all games
3. Attached to streamable, because max size of a file is 23mb: https://youtu.be/3s4CXlW5RRs Notice how sometimes the game is in 80 fps. This was not a case on 1080ti.
4. Max was 60℃
Additionally, here's a timestamp from my stream with massive lose of a FPS (upper right corner), again - this was not a case on 1080ti:
beka z intel arca na streamie i testujemy nową kamerkę
46:39 - under 80 fps
48:59 - the game is under 70 fps.
This is a case for the whole play session, and it's getting worse over time.
attached info from intel system support utility

(Showing my setting on the end of a video - nearly all on low with XESS)
Fortnite is literally unplayable -

Hi IMIRR,
I appreciate your effort with sharing different video clips of the games. It really helped with to have a wider view of the issue. I would just like to confirm with your if ReBar is enabled? Enabling this functionality can result in a performance improvement.
Additionally, it would be better if you can provide Capframex data for each games for us to compare each values on our end. Please see this link for detailed instructions.
I hope to hear from you soon,
Best regards,
