Really bad performance with intel arc a770 + weird screen artifact

Hi,
I actually have an intel arc a770 but all of my game have really bad performance
like

- 40-30 fps in minecraft hypixel

- 40-45 in horizon zero dawn

- a lot of indie game where i didn't reach 15 fps

- 40fps on raft

- 30 fps in lord of the fallen

The second problem is that sometimes certain windows on my pc flash green, sometimes white, which is very annoying.

My pc spec :
- Intel arc a770

- Amd ryzen 5 3400g

- 32Go Ram

- Windows 11

- B450m gigabyte (motherboard)

- 1To SSD
- 2 1080p screen

(I also made sure that all my drivers were up to date.)

Hi Xern,

Thank you for posting in Intel Community.

We appreciate you getting in touch with us regarding to the low FPS that you are experiencing using Intel Arc A770.

For us to better understand the issue, can you provide the needed details below:

May I know the make and model of your Monitor?

May I know the game settings for these games?

Did you already perform clean installation of your graphics driver?

Did the issue happen after updating the graphics driver?

Did the issue happen after upgrading your Windows OS?

Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:

Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
