Hi Aqing62,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
Checking on the newest game Monster Hunter: Wilds, I think they're still in BETA, when the game is released in the future, they could enhance some compatibility and software upgrades.
In response to your worry over the Arc A770 game's performance, I'll investigate more and perhaps attempt to replicate the issue on our end.
Can you provide us with the following information, this will greatly help us on investigating the issue:
- May I know what digital gaming platform did you download Monster Hunter: Wilds?
- Are you a developer of the game or an end user?
Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Hello Aqing62,
Thank you for your reply.
I'll review the SSU logs you sent, and as soon as I get more information, I'll update this thread.
While waiting, can you share us also the settings that you're using while playing Monster Hunter: Wilds?
Best regards,
Earl E.

In the preset quality settings, I chose the medium preset for the beta test with a resolution of 2K. Due to the large amount of VRAM, I set the texture quality to high. The test result was less than 30 FPS, and even with FSR frame generation enabled, it couldn't stabilize at 30 FPS (the average FPS in the image cannot be used as a standard for actual gameplay because the test software takes shortcuts, with both the beginning and end being low-load scenes, resulting in high FPS that looks good on paper, but the actual FPS is much lower, roughly 10 FPS less on average). Strangely, under the ultra-high preset, the FPS difference was less than 10 frames.

Hi Aqing62,
Thank you for patiently waiting.

If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

I'm also using the Intel Arc A770 and I can report similar frame rates on the officially launched version of Monster Hunter: Wilds.
