Hello MikoNii,
We are planning to replicate this. In the meantime, I would like you to perform a Clean Installation with the latest driver, 32.0.101.6449_101.6255 WHQL Certified, once installed, kindly let me know what would be the outcome.
Kindly let me know what would be the outcome.
Please answer the additional question:
- From what game platform are you playing Final Fantasy XIV?
I look forward to your reply!

Hello MikoNii,
Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the crashes you're experiencing while playing Final Fantasy XIV. I understand how disruptive these crashes can be.
To further investigate, please answer the following questions:
- Are you running the game in Direct X 11, DirectX 12 or Vulkan?
- Does the crash happen during specific game actions?
- What is the platform you're playing the game on? (Steam, etc)
- Is Re-Bar enabled in the BIOS?
- Have you verified the integrity of the game files via your platform's launcher?
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
I look forward to your response!
Best Regards,

Hi!
i have done another DDU and performed a clean installation.
so far, no crashes yet, i did had to cap my fps to avoid some other issues i had.
I also ended up using DXVK for Final Fantasy XIV cause of some weird fps issues i had here and there with the B580.
I am playing Final Fantasy XIV on PC.
