I'm having issues with this 31.0.101.4953 driver.
I bought a new computer from Dell in December (13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K 3.00 GHz, windows 11 pro operating system) and a Dell USB hub monitor P2723DE at the same time
Dell recommend I install the 31.0.101.4953 intel graphics driver to replace the existing 31.0.101.4502 driver. However when I install this it completely crashes my display and turns it into an useable pixelated mess where you can just about make out outlines of things on the screen but nothing more. I have to system restore to the pre driver state to get it running again. It's working with the new driver apart from the display being unreadable. It's happened on 3 occasions when the driver has tried to install. The display is absolute fine with the old driver.
I'm trying to get Dell support to look into this. But they say they are unable to contact Intel to ask if this is a common issue with a fix. And all their attempts to reinstall all the computer drivers again fail when this update installs again. And they say my monitor is working OK.
Can anyone let me know what might be causing this issue and have other users experienced this?
Thank you

Hello
First post didn't seem to save so I'll try again.
I purchased a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K 3.00 GHz, 3660 tower desktop from Dell in December (operating system windows 11) and Dell USB monitor P2723DE.
It all worked fine, computer, display everything until their support app recommended I installed this 31.0.101.4953 graphics driver (it was using the 31.0.101.4502 driver)
This crashed my display and turned it into a pixelated unusable mess (see attached). You couldn't pick out anything on the screen apart from vague outlines. I had to system restore to the old driver.
Dell support tried to fix this by reinstalling all computer drivers but when same thing happened when this 31.0.101.4953 driver was installed again.
Dell say they won't contact intel to ask what might be causing this. Hence why I am asking here. They don't seem able to fix my issue.
Just wondering if others have had this issue.
Thank you

Same for me.
Driver version 31.0.101.4953 delivered by Windows Update on 3 Feb 2024. I had a VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR (0x119, sub code 2) on 4th Feb and I've had two this morning (11 Feb). I'd not seen a blue screen for six months or more before this.
How do I roll back to a previous version that does not have this bug?
