Why resolution 5760x1080 is not a available displays in combined mode even though I have three displays with native resolution is 1920x1080? now 5040x1050 without borders and the image is blurry due to incorrect screen resolution. i have ASrock b580 challenger. if I use borders with a value of 36 it is still only 5184x1050. Previous graphics cards (amd) have not had this problem.

Hello Lemp0,
Thank you for sharing this in the community.
To help isolate the issue, please try updating your B580 graphics card drivers to the latest version, as an outdated version might be causing the problem. Once you have downloaded the Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6651 (WHQL Certified), please proceed with the installation on your system.
If the issue persists after updating to the latest version, please let me know.

The problem was not fixed.
Could the Intel Graphics Command Center be the cause of the problem?
Is there any other way to control three monitors?

Hello Lemp0,
Thank you for trying to isolate the issue on your end. Since the issue still persists, before proceeding with an internal investigation, please answer the following questions:
- Are you using a DisplayPort?
- Are you using an HDMI extension?
- What type of cables are you using?
- Are all cables connected directly to the B580?
Additionally, please provide a screenshot of your display settings and SSU test so I can further validate the configuration.

John Sergio M.

Hi!
I have 3x Asus VE247H screens with HDMI. I use 2x Displayport and 1 HDMI port from B580. Those 2x DB port are connected with new Displayport 1.2-HDMI-4K converersion cables and HDMI is direct standart 4K cable. All cables are 2meters long.

- Refer to the guidelines outlined in the article "What is Collage Display or Combined Desktop?" for additional insights.
- Provide the exact make and model of the previous graphics card you were using.
Once you've completed these steps, please let me know if there are any improvements with the display issue.

Beta version did not change the behavior, and it was worse anyway because there was no adjustment between the screens at all.
User guide was not helpful and even there is no example of three monitors combined into one panel.
I used Sapphire RX580 Nitro+ 8GB before, it was also able to dim the outermost screens in Win10 if the game was set to 1920x1080 resolution while playing even though the Windows desktop was 5760x1080 or even higher. This feature disappeared when I moved to Win11.
So could Win11 behavior be part of the problem?
And as a new problem I noticed that Batman: Arkham Knight (Steam game) does not even start at any resolution.
I and other players have plenty of older gears and games so don't forget that they should work too, not everyone plays in 2k or 4k
On the other hand, these resolution problems have been the only problems I have encountered and I believe that they are also behind the problems of many other users, otherwise this Asrock B580 Challenger has worked very well and with high performance WITH ReBAR, without it it's **bleep**.

Hello Lemp0,
Thank you for the update and for trying the beta version. Unfortunately, since it did not resolve the issue, I will need some time to investigate this matter further internally.
Once I have more information, I will get back to you with an update. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Dear Lemp0,
Please try using all the displays without any adapters (Display Port) and connect them directly using HDMI or another direct connection only to isolate the issue..

Hello Lemp0
After review, it was previously mentioned that the 2 DisplayPort connections are linked using new DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 4k cables. May I know if this is being used currently on the system?
I look forward to your response.

Still connected the same way I told you before. How would you connect a 3 monitor's with HDMI connectors to a graphics card with 3 Displayports and 1 HDMI port? And this was my last message on the subject, please fix the drivers. In about a month I will switch back to Amd if the basic things on this B580 don't start working.

Hello Lemp0,
Let me investigate this issue further, and I want to set the right expectations. Since you are using DP to HDMI converters, this may be a contributing factor to the resolution limitation. I will delve deeper into this matter and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Ok. One more message. If I connect 2 monitors, the resolution scales correctly to 3840x1080 but when I connect the third one it messes up and then the resolution is only 5040x1050. Now I also have all 3 monitors connected with the same type of cable and that didn't help either (DP-->HDMI) With the latest driver I could only connect 2 monitors together but with three monitors the combined mode didn't do anything.

Hello Lemp0,
I appreciate this additional information. I would just like to share some recommendation for you to try. Please see the steps below and kindly let me know of the outcome.
1. Combine 3 displays into combined desktop in IGCC.
2. Go to Settings > System > Display
3. Check what is the current resolution for the combined display.
4. Try to change Scale to 125% or 100%
I hope to hear from you soon.
