Rogue company black screen

Hello, I've recently built a gaming PC using an ASRock Arc A770. I have not had any issues launching or playing games until I installed Rogue company last night, at which point I was met with a black screen. As this game is very niche and has a small community, I cannot find any answers anywhere to help troubleshoot it. I am hopping I will receive help here. 

 

UPDATE: I have the game working in windowed fullscreen mode but it only works at 30fps and I can't change any settings because of it. I cannot enable V-Sync because V-sync needs fullscreen and the game wont allow this..

Understandably, troubleshooting niche games can be challenging when resources are limited.

Concerning the black screen issue, it's conceivable that it stems from compatibility conflicts between the game and your hardware or drivers. Since you mentioned successfully running the game in windowed fullscreen mode but encountering a capped frame rate of 30fps without the flexibility to adjust settings, it's evident there are limitations. Have you attempted installing the latest graphics driver from the Intel website, specifically version 31.0.101.5382? and have you conducted an assessment of your system's performance while running the game?

 

Please execute the SSU report, which will allow the Intel rep to review and confirm certain details.
