Soldier of Fortune ARC a770 Lagging/Flashing Ethernet icon

Hey there

So i was trying to play Soldier of Fortune on my arc a770 but it doesn´t run that grad because its stuttering and im getting a blinking ethernet port icon on the upper left of my screen(why ethernet? lol).

A quick google search told me that this is a common issue and you need to deactivate gsync or vsync SOF 1: If You Have Stuttering/Lagging Movement, page 1 - Forum - GOG.com. I just don´t know how to do that on my arc card.
Any ideas?

Thanks!

Edit:  ...im an idiot. I always forget about the Arc Controll center...

For the one guy googling that in a year or two:

Go into the Arc Controll Center

Open the Settings-> Global Game Settings -> Mode for Tearing: VSync off.

Hi, miyagi90.

Thank you for posting in our Community.

No worries, it's easy to overlook the settings when you're eager to jump into a game. I'm glad you found the solution in the Arc Control Center.

This should help alleviate the stuttering issue by disabling VSync, which can sometimes cause performance issues in older games. If you're still seeing the blinking ethernet port icon, it might be unrelated to VSync settings and could be an indicator of network activity or another system notification. For more information about Enabling and Disabling Vertical Synchronization, you may refer to this link.
