Sparkle Intel Arc A750 ORC OC graphics card freezes

My Sparkle Intel Arc A750 ORC OC graphics card freezes after while playing Diablo 4 and Gotham Knights. For both games I reduced the graphics settings to low and selected the lowest resolution with no success. My processor is an Intel i5 Core 12400F, motherboard is a Gigabyte B760M. I completed the following and the problem of freezing still occurs.


-Used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to uninstall all drivers in safe mode.


-Updated BIOS to F9 is latest BIOS


-Resizable Bar in bios is enabled and CSM disabled.

 

- Installed Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.5085/31.0.101.5122

 

-PSU is 600 watts.

 

-GPU and CPU doesn't overheat when the game is on.

 

-GPU is 60 degrees celsius. CPU is 40 degrees celsius.


I did everything that Intel moderators asked me to do. I believe this graphics card is defective.
How do I exchange it for another graphics card? I cannot return it to Amazon since the return period is over.

Please be advised that the Sparkle Intel Arc A750 ORC OC incorporates the Intel® ARC™ A750 chipset. However, as an OEM add-in card, there may be customizations made by the OEM. Therefore, the Sparkle Intel Arc A750 ORC OC and the Intel® ARC™ A750 are not the same. please note that this is an OEM device, we will try to assist you with general troubleshooting steps even if it’s something not traditionally covered in our support. However, if the issue still persists, you will have to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer of your device. Your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with your graphics card.


Before we proceed, please let me gather the following details in order for us to further understand the situation. Also, feel free to include additional information you may find relevant that can help us diagnose and identify the issue.


  • Was it previously working? Or is this an out-of-box issue?
  • Can you recall any recent changes (hardware/software) made on the system?
  • Did you notice any trigger for the issue to occur?
  • Have you tried installing the Sparkle Intel Arc A750 ORC OC to another system to see if the issue will persist?


Additionally, if you are seeking warranty replacement for the Sparkle Intel Arc A750 ORC OC, we would suggest coordinating with your OEM (Sparkle) to seek warranty assistance. Please be advised that three-year limited warranty applies to eligible Intel® Arc Cards that are packaged in authentic Intel packaging and sold to end customers as standalone components. Intel® Arc Cards contained within OEM systems are subject to OEM manufacturer warranties and generally are not supported directly by Intel.
