Star Trek Online runs on the Arc A770 LE but there are constant graphic glitches/corruptions, please see below:

Using default max settings with Lighting 2.0/Bloom causes green/red lights to appear and there are also what appears to be grid lines around planets with anisotropic filtering on

Hello karleya,

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are experiencing graphic Glitches when playing Star Trek Online.

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

  • Is the issue present on different driver versions?
  • What is the game distribution service? ( Blizzard, Epic, Origin, Steam, Xbox, Ubisoft connect)
  • Is this issue related to a specific game stage?
  • Could you share with us a video showing the step-by-step of the error?
  • We would like to gather more information about your system that will help us troubleshoot your issue, so please, provide us with a report using the following programs:
    •  Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU):
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

  • Intel® Graphics Command Center:
    • Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
    • Navigate to the Support tab
    • Select System Diagnostic
    • Click Generate Report
    • Select Save and name the output file.

Best regards,

Hello karleya,

We appreciate the information provided

We would like to recommend you perform a clean driver installation for our latest production driver, 31.0.101.4146. Doing a clean install of the software/drivers for any hardware can help to fix specific issues that can be associated so any additional software that might be causing malfunction.

Also, the IGCC would help us to further investigate this issue. Could you try installing the software and provide us with the report?

Best regards,
