I'm having problem playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 on my computer.
I have a Intel Arc B580 graphics card that is up to date.
But when I start up the game there is a message that says I need to update my Intel Driver.
The message reads ''Detected intel driver version #1 32.0.101.6877 06/04/2025 00:00:00 #2 32.0.12033.1030 11/27/2024. The recommended driver version is xx.xx.15.48 or later. Please update you drivers at http://downloadcenter.intel.com before playing the game.''
If I press OK and start the game, it will run for about 30 seconds and then will crash. I've tried repairing and reinstalling the game which hasn't made a difference.
I have updated my BIOS to the latest version.
I have also used DDU to uninstall and reinstall the current drivers.
Please help if anyone has the same issue and knows how to fix.
Thank you.

Hi, I’m also getting issues with my arc B580 and Star Wars battlefront two. I get the same error message but I can play the game at least to some degree. It doesn’t crash for me and will play. But I get constant artefacts on the screen which make it really annoying to play. it has to be a driver issue. I don’t have any other issues with other games just Star Wars BF2.
if I swap out to my old gpu. Game works fine. As soon as the B580 is put back in, the issue returns

Hello melon1,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:
1) Are you able to play this game without issues before or is this a first-time installation and already getting this issue?
2) If previously worked, were there any recent updates (Windows or software/drivers updates) or changes made prior to the issue?
3) For crashing issue, please proceed with the steps from this link and share the crash dump file.
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
