Hello Moomafa,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.
- Let me cheek, are you testing/using the B580 and A770 on the same system or these are two separate systems?
- What is your game launcher or where did your download the game?
- Can you share some screenshots of the Graphics settings of the game?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- For me to review the hardware and the installed drivers. Please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hello Moomafa,
Thank you for the update.
Based in initial checking of the SSU logs, I can see that you are already using the latest Graphics driver, however since you have been changing the Graphics card in your system, please try to install the latest Graphics driver using DDU method. Please refer to the links below for the DDU installation steps and the link of the latest driver:

Hello Moomafa,
I just want to update you that I am about to perform a simulation on this issue.
Before that, let me request for the CapframeX scan for 600 seconds so we can check the game FPS of the game against our tests.
Kindly refer to this link and scroll down to "performance Issue" for the guide on how to use CapframeX.
