I’m not sure if this issue is related to the graphics card driver, but only the EAdesktop software cannot run at all and pops up being blocked by the graphics hardware.My graphics card is A770, and the driver version is 31.0.101.4249.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes on the EA Software with your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics.
As a first approach to this issue, please completely uninstall the software from your system and reinstall it.
If the issue persists, please share with us the following information:
- Share a short video or screenshot of the error messages in English.
- Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.
