The intel arc control cannot be opened after the driver is updated

Previous version :12/15/2022

Updated version : 2/16/2023

I tried to update the version to 2/28/2023, but still couldn't open it

Hello ygxdqp,

 

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that the Intel Arc Control is not launching after updating the graphics driver.

 

To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

  • What driver version did you install?
  • What installation process did you follow?
  • Was there a 3rd party graphics card installed before?
  • Do you receive any error messages? If so, please provide us with a screenshot of the error message you receive.
  • Create a report using Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU) 
    • Download the Intel SSU
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
