Things randomly stop detecting my GPU Arc A750

Hi! I have an issue with my Intel Arc A750 graphics card. I don't have drivers of any previous graphics card just to be clear. My issues are the following:

 

  • League of Legends has this "could not initialize graphics device" issue where it randomly shows that message at the time of starting the loading screen before begin the match.
  • Sometimes I can't alt+tab. It just doesn't work and makes me select the app via pressing the windows button and selecting the app in the apps bar.
  • The "Parsec" and Discord app can't stream anything, the discord app shows everything in black (for me) and the viewers only see "Stream is paused", Parsec throws error 15000 or 14003. Error 15000 is about a graphics card incompatibility issue and the 14003 error is about parsec being unable to capture the screen of the host computer (to stream it). 

I would be very happy to provide extra information to help solving these issues. My pc has 16Gb ddr4 of 3200mHz ram, Ryzen 5600x as a CPU and my motherboard is a TUF GAMING B550 WiFi.

To better assist you on this matter, we would like to request the following information:

  • Are the issues present since day?
  • Is Resizable BAR enabled in your BIOS?
  • Which game distribution service you used to install the game? (Blizzard, Epic, Origin, Steam, Xbox, Ubisoft Connect, Microsoft Store)
  • Could you share with us a video showing the issue you describe?
  • Does League of Legends crashes when starting the first match, or is it when loading a second one?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried to solve this problem?
  • Did you contact Parsec or Discord for recommendations?
  • We also would like to ask for more system information. Please create a system report using the following tools:
  •  Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU) 
    • Download the Intel SSU
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
  • Intel® Graphics Command Center
    • Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
    • Navigate to the Support tab
    • Select System Diagnostic
    • Click Generate Report
    • Select Save and name the output file.

 

As the issues are different from each other and some are related to different applications, giving support to all the issues may be confusing to you and us. To make things easier for everyone, it might be best to start separate threads for each problem.
