Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon : Wildlands

So I have bought Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon : Wildlands a few days ago.

But when I wanted to play the game I have realized that it has optimization problems with my graphics card (Intel Arc A750) and I cant even get 60 fps in this game even with high settings. It runs terrible on my card.

I want Intel Staff to upload an Optimization Driver for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon : Wildlands as soon as possible.

I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Are there any other games where you notice the same behavior? Additionally, it would be highly appreciated if you could share your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  1. Scan: Check the box Everything.
  2. Click Scan.
  3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  4. Click Save (as .txt file).

Hey JeanetteC_Intel

I think providing you the details is a bit pointless as I think you already know ARC graphic cards have some kind of driver issus with some DX11 games.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands is one of those DX11 games.

That being said, kindly report this issue to the Intel staff and ask them to give us another driver update that includes Wildlands performance boost.

I understand that you are after a fix to make your game work and run well. I'd also want that. But I would be able to help better if I have the details I have requested and if you can, share a short video showing the actual issue that you have.

Hi @s_t_r,

 

I have good news: driver 32.0.101.6127 has been published and it introduces a fix for the issue with Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands. Please try this driver and if the issue persists let me know.
