So I don't understand, before the application told me to update the drives, I didn't have any problem with the laptop overheating (when I was playing a game, the maximum temperature reached 80 degrees) and now after I updated the drives, the temperature it goes to 90 degrees and I can't play anything, so I don't know what else to do, I tried to reinstall the drive, maybe doing that would have worked but nothing. So I'm sitting now and thinking if this application with Intel drives @ Drivers or whatever it is called, it sees the components and all the information of the computer, why does it keep asking you to install drivers that are not compatible with windows >?
and there is also this drive that does not allow me to install, can someone help me please, I don't want to damage my laptop too much

Hello @MihaiAng Ty for your report.
Could you kindly share your system specs? You can obtain them with the SSU utility
Also, what are the games and applications that have shown issues?
About the incompatibility you mention, Intel Driver Support Assistant provides a WHQL version of the GFX driver and other system drivers. Those drivers have been tested and verified before having them available for customers to download, which makes them 100% compatible with your system.
To make sure IDSA is up to date, click on the "refresh" icon on the left side of the page. IDSA will reload and identify the latest version available for your machine.
Please share with me the above details as soon as you can, I'll be happy to assist.

Ty for the information you just shared.
Your Intel GFX driver version is: Driver Version:"30.0.101.1960", which means it is outdated.
Windows has the option to automatically roll it back, perhaps it did.
If IDSA is not downloading the version you need, you can uninstall IDSA and reinstall it until you see the driver versions are updated. Check also the IDSA version you have and make sure it is the latest (version 44.17763/18.17763 or newer)
If you want to download the driver manually for your machine, you can do so by visiting our to Download Center for your 11300H with Iris Xe .There's version 5971
To make sure that LoL is running in the device you want (for example), you can go to Windows (System) > Display > Graphics > Graphics Settings > Click on search and look for 'League of Legends' > Select > Click on 'Options' and select the graphics device you want to use.
Hope this helps! Let me know when you have updated your drivers

Hi @MihaiAng that message is expected and it will be fixed in the upcoming version of Arc Control
Don't have the exact date but if you check the driver release notes you will see it is expected behavior, that's why we recommend to go directly to Download Center or use IDSA for driver updates.
Keep me posted if the issue is fixed with the driver update.
