Hello AgrawalAmrish,
I'm following up regarding our investigation.
For further troubleshooting, please try to follow the steps below.
1. Update the graphics driver to Intel_32.0.101.6556, as this is the latest version available from Lenovo. The current driver installed on the computer may have been obtained through Windows Update or may not be suitable for the specific graphics card model in the system.
2. If the problem persists, upgrade the graphics driver to version 32.0.101.6874 WHQL Certified (Latest). Ensure a clean installation by using DDU or by selecting the checkbox for a clean installation.
3. If the issue continues, update and install the latest NPU driver by following our guide on How To Install or Update the Intel® NPU Driver.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards
