Hello,
So it's been about 2 years that all Intel ARC A750/770 users want VR support.
With no communication from either occulus or intel, it's no use to us (consumers).
So please answer frankly :
Are you really working for VR support ?
Have you tried going to Occulus to try to do something ?
Personally, I don't think it's right to have to use external software (Virtual Desktop) to do VR.
So please, put a little more commitment into this, I know this message will probably come to nothing but at least I'll have tried.
All the best,
FlambyUwU.

We value your feedback and are committed to providing the best possible experience for our users.

Hi @FlambyUwU
Sorry for replying so late after your initial post.
I can confirm that Intel Arc A-Series and B-Series GPUs do not support Virtual Reality headsets. Refer to: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000093024/graphics.html
I know this isn't the type of answer you wanted to get (or the time it took to get the answer) so once again I'm sorry and I can understand the frustration, thus if your GPU is an Intel Limited Edition you can contact Intel Customer Support directly to explore refund options. If it is a GPU from a different vendor you can contact them directly or your place of purchase.
Best Regards,
Ronald M.
