I am currently experiencing a issue where i can't see xess setting on 2 xess supported games i have. I checked for a solution and as far as i found out, i tried disabling iGpu (even tho i don't have a integrated graphics cpu), i tried using ddu and have a clean setup and i tried to disable dynamic resolution upscaling but non of these methods has worked for me. I tried enabling XeSS in Assassins Creed Mirage and Ghost of Tsushima non had a option to do so. I wonder if anybody does have a idea or a solution for this verily bad situation?

Hi CrilAR,
Upon checking the SSU log you've provided, you're currently using Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Build 19045, and I wanted to provide you with some important information to ensure optimal performance.
To utilize XeSS effectively, it is recommended to upgrade to a stable version of Windows 11. The latest build, 22621, supports XeSS and provides enhanced features and stability for your graphics experience. You can find more details about the requirements and benefits of using XeSS in the following link: Intel Graphics Support Article.
It's possible that your current Windows 10 setup might be the reason why XeSS is not available. Upgrading to Windows 11 will help you take full advantage of XeSS capabilities and improve your overall system performance.
Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to assisting you further.
Best regards,
Dean R.

Hi CrilAR,
Thank you for posting in the Community.
To better understand the situation, could you please provide the following information?
- Game Versions: Are both games updated to their latest versions? Sometimes, feature availability depends on having the most recent game updates.
- Resolution Settings: What resolution are you running the games at? XeSS settings might be affected by certain resolution configurations.
- In-Game Graphics Presets: Are you using any specific graphics presets in the games? Some presets might automatically disable certain features.
- Previous XeSS Usage: Have you successfully used XeSS in other games with your current setup, or is this the first time you're attempting to use it?
- Game Settings Screenshot: Could you provide a screenshot of the graphics settings for each game? This will help us see the current configuration and identify any potential issues.
- System Support Utility (SSU) Report: Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility from here. Generate a report and attach it to your response. This will give us detailed information about your system configuration. If you prefer not to provide the SSU report, could you share the specifications of your system, including the CPU, GPU, RAM, and motherboard?
Best regards,
Dean R.

Thank you for your response Mr. Dean R.
I'm currently playing the Ghost of Tsushima at version v1053.7.0809.1937 must be the latest version. I'm playing the game in 1920x1080p Resolution on 200hz.
Yes, I am using a spesific graphics resolution as the preset graphics setting doesn't give the best "ultra" option.
I succesfully used XeSS on my previous Rx 6500 XT Graphics card on Assassins Creed Mirage. Unfortunately i wasn't able to use XeSS in Assassins Creed Mirage and Ghost of Thushima.
Unfortunately i deleted the Assassins Creed Mirage a while ago but i can provide Ghost of Tsushima's graphic settings alongside with SSU Report. Thank you.

Hi CrilAR,
I appreciate your prompt response and patience. To help troubleshoot the issue further, please perform the following steps:
- Clean Driver Installation: Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to conduct a clean installation and then install the 32.0.101.6651 WHQL Certified (Latest) driver, available here. You can find detailed steps for using DDU and performing a clean installation here.
- Issue Timeline: Provide details on when the issue first started occurring. Understanding the timeline can help identify potential causes.
- Upscale Method: Clarify if you are referring to the "Upscale method" in the game settings.
- Game Digital Service: Specify the game digital service you are using to play Ghost of Tsushima (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, etc.).
Additionally, I am sharing a screenshot from the replication, which shows XeSS as available. You can also refer to the "XeSS Option Is Grayed-Out or Disappears Entirely from Game Settings on Intel® Arc™ Graphics" article for more information. XeSS Option Is Grayed-Out or Disappears Entirely from Game Settings...
Your cooperation and patience are greatly appreciated as I work to resolve this issue. If you have any questions or need assistance with any of the steps, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,

Hi Mr.Dean R.
I also appreciate your patience and your prompt response. Here are some answers which may help:
1. I tried using DDU before contacting the Intel Support and today. It doesn't seem to be working with the issue.
2. The issue first started when i bought this card on 15th of February, First thing i did was testing the card on games Assassins Creed Mirage didn't had a option to activate XeSS when it just did had a option to do on yesterday of that day.The Assassins Creed Mirage i owned was from Epic Games.
3. Yes I'm completely mentioning the "Upscale Method" in the game settings of Ghost of Tsushima.
4. The Ghost of Tsushima is cracked. Cracked games also should have XeSS i tought this might happen because it is cracked but the issue is still ongoing with Assassin's Creed Mirage.
5. Yes it completely disappeares.
6. Today i wanted to test out the XeSS on few more games and i downloaded The Berserker Khazan's Demo version, the same thing almost happened there but apparently i forgot to turn on DirectX 12. After i turned DirectX 12 on i was able to play with XeSS. But this is not the solution.
I also downloaded Assassin's Creed Mirage from Epic Games today to test out if XeSS works or not, it wasn't working the option was not there at all. Perhaps this is likely a driver cause?

I was afraid i could lose my discord account if i switch to Windows 11 due to my emails loss a long time ago. Today i tried my chance on an another login method it worked succesfully. I saw some posts about XeSS being fixed after switching to Windows 11 or leaving the Windows 11 Insiders program. I think this is the most useful method. I'll switch to Windows 11 and report the progress.
Thank you very much for your patience and hardworking Mr.Dean R.

Yes, changing to Windows 11 has worked perfectly.
Again i want to thank you for your patience and hardworking Mr.Dean R.
Just in case, for people who experience this issue i want to give some "possible solutions" i learned while searching for an answer:
1) Disable iGpu in case you are using your cpu instead of gpu.
2) Upgrade your Windows, while some games don't mind your Windows version some need Windows 11.
3) Check for your DirectX version. Not sure for all but XeSS may require DirectX 12.
4) Try doing a clean setup with DDU as the problem might be related to a driver issue.
5) Some folks said it may not work with "Dynamic Super Resolution" be cautious about that.
6) Your problem might be game related. As War Thunder and Marvel Rivals removed XeSS 1.x as a option in settings.
7) Try colsulting to Intel Community Support.
