a750 performs poorly in the game "osu", is it possible to optimize?

osu! (stable version, not lazer version) uses the opengl graphics api, which requires a high (and stable) fps for a good gameplay experience, but the arc 750 graphics card is poor for this game. When the game is set to an unlimited frame rate, the a750 can only stabilize at around 1000fps when actually playing.

this game(osu!) has a "compatibility mode" to switch the graphics api from opengl to DirectX, things will improve after the switch, but the fps still can't maintain a stable running at high fps (e.g. 3500fps). This game is relatively simple and should not require high 3d performance, is it possible to optimize for older games like this?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Jason_House,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

I understand that you're experiencing poor performance with OSU on Intel Arc A750 and you'd like to know if this can be optimized. First, I would like to get as much information as possible for me to address this properly.

1. When you say that FPS is not stable, are you experiencing any freezing, stuttering?

2. If possible, please attach a short video clip of the issue

3. What average FPS are you getting and what FPS are you looking forward to?

Please also generate SSU report for me to check your system configuration and components.

I look forward to your response.
