- Take screenshots of the game settings if possible. This is in case we need to replicate the issue later.
- Take a video showing the issue to have a better understanding.
- To know your hardware and software information attach the report generated by the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
