I would like to learn more about your system details to pinpoint the source of the issue. Please provide the following information:
1) Were you able to play this game without any issues on the same system previously?
2) Were there any changes made before the issue began?
3) What driver version is currently installed?
4) Which platform did you obtain this game from? (Steam, Epic, etc.)
5) Please share your system configuration so I can thoroughly check and offer an accurate solution. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. Once downloaded, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
6) For game crashing issues, please review and follow the steps provided in this link.
