final fantasy 16 - sometimes textures don't load

ff.jpgWhen I enter the game, sometimes immediately and sometimes after a while, the textures of the objects other than the main character of the game do not load, they appear green.
My system is Ryzen 7 1700 - 16 GB RAM -arc b580
The hard disk where the game is installed is 5400 rpm, is the texture loading delayed? Or is the problem directly caused by X. But it has the latest version.

Hello Sipruu,

Thank you for sharing this with the community. To further investigate the issue, could you please provide the graphics version currently installed on your B580? Additionally, a video demonstrating the issue and a screenshot of the full settings would be very helpful.

  Hello ;

 intel graphics driver  32.0.101.6647

Sometimes there is no problem but the texture disappears a few times in the game (except for the main character) and as I sent before, the disappeared textures appear as green and then when I enter the game again and open it, the problem disappears again, I think it happens randomly. I think it is a problem like the hdd (since it is slow) not loading.
Maybe it is Windows. So I will format it and try again.
There is no possible problem in the game settings because I tried every setting. The settings always work high.

My system is Ryzen 7 1700 - 16 GB RAM -arc b580    It may also be due to the low processor capacity.
Thank you.

Hello Sipruu,

Thank you for confirming that your drivers are up to date. Could you please provide a screenshot of the game? Additionally, have you performed a clean installation using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?

Hello;

I formatted it yesterday, downloaded the latest driver. I installed the game. I encountered a problem when I opened the game. As I said, the texture is not loaded randomly, but strangely, the texture of the main character is fine, sometimes it fixes itself when I enter and exit the game. I want to know this: The game is installed on hdd, not ssd, so it is heavy. Could this be the reason? So there may be a problem with reading. There is no problem in Rise of Ronin. Maybe it is caused by the game. The game settings are on ultra, I did not touch it at all. Thanks...

Hello Sipruu and JohnM_Intel,
I encountered the same issue, uninstalling the old drivers (Nvidia and also Intel) using a DDU and installing the latest driver again (32.0.101.6647), seems like it solved the issue with the textures, it didn't happen since then (after 3-4 hours of gameplay)

Hello Sipruu,

I recommend updating to the latest graphics driver, as version 6647 is outdated. Please download and install the Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6651 (WHQL Certified), as it includes fixes for known issues.

If issue persists you may revert back to the version 6647.

Hello,
After a longer time I again encountered with the issue, and way more of them, so it seems like whenever a scene is transitioned to some other place sometimes the textures get messed up, also (sadly i don't have a picture of it) but it seems that some models get's messed up really bad it seems to happen when the LODs are transitioning between two states (textures, UV seems to be messed up) after longer gameplay (1-2 hours) I'm playing with the Steam version
