Hello lordhyper
Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communites. I understand that Hell Let Loose is randomly crashing on your system after the latest vBIOS update.
The latest update to the GPU firmware was introduced in the driver version 31.0.101.4644 since there have been a couple more updates, I would advise as a first approach to update to version 31.0.101.4672, you can use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove leftovers from previous versions.
If the issue continues to happen, we might need to get this issue replicated so we can further help with this issue, so we will need the following detail about the game:
- What is the distribution service the game was downloaded from?
- Share a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings
- Is Resizable BAR enabled on your system?
- What steps can be followed to reproduce this issue? I understand the crashes are random, but on average how long is taking for you to experience a crash?
I would also like to get more details of your system configuration to check for possible updates and improvements, we will need a log file from the Intel® System Support Utility.
Best Regards,
Hugo O.

Hello lordhyper
We hope the driver update we recommended in our previous post resolved the crashing issue in Hell Let Loose. We will no longer monitor this thread since we have not received any feedback from you, but feel free to open a new topic if you need further support.

Hello lordhyper
Thank you for getting back to us. There has been a new driver update version 31.0.101.4826, please let's re-test using the latest driver and please remember to use Display Driver Uninstaller to uninstall the previous version and prevent possible issues caused by leftovers.
Also, please follow some of the guidelines the developer of the game has shared for troubleshooting crashing issues, you can find them in the following link:
https://www.getdroidtips.com/hell-let-loose-crashing/
If the issue persists we will need the al the information we requested in our initial post so we can take a look at your system specs and gather the information related to the issue itself for possible replications of the problem in our lab. We requested the following:
- What is the distribution service the game was downloaded from?
- Share a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings
- Is Resizable BAR enabled on your system?
- What steps can be followed to reproduce this issue? I understand the crashes are random, but on average how long is taking for you to experience a crash?
- Report from the Intel® System Support Utility.
Best Regards,
