Hi, i been playing for years to a game named world of warships.
I recently upgraded my 10year old Amd graphics card to an intel one after many good reviews about how intel fixed most problems of launch.
I play mainly one game and i expected that this powerful graphics card wouldnt cause issue in this game as the game is old.
The issue is very poor performance when using the reticule ingame (sub 20fps) and laggy ui (only other recent users claiming similar problems have A770 too) when getting 80+fps in other situations.
but now. i cant play my game.
i had few hours of troubleshooting steps with the game support team wich ended up with a reply kinda ... disapointing redirecting me to the graphic gard builder.
Is there anything that can be done to make stuff work better than my 10 year old graphics card ? because its kinda very frustrating knowing i could have buyed a AMD/Nvidia cars for almost the same price wich would have been an upgrade.
I just feel like i did buy a product that was not really ready for market even if my feeling can be wrong.
Im open to any help that will allow me to have expected performances in games i play.
Im also totally open to provide the manufacturer any informations they could need to address this issue as the word is kinda passing on of not using this gpu when playing this game wich i personally think is wrong as i think and hope this issue can be fixed like i saw many games getting fixed with driver updates.
Thanks

Hello blakenet,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are experiencing performance issues when playing World of Warships.
In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- What are the games distribution service? ( Blizzard, Epic, Origin, Steam, Xbox, Ubisoft connect).
- You mentioned that you can't play the game now, are you able to properly launch the game?
- Share a video showing the issues you are experiencing.
- Create a system report using the following applications:
- Intel
System Support Utility (Intel SSU) - Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."
- Intel® Graphics Command Center:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.

Hi, Sorry for the lack of details.
1: the distribution service is the Wargaming Game Center (the proprietary wargaming launcher for their games)
2: The game launches with no problems its just unplayable and when diagnosting the issue with the game support team, the ending was the included capture of my previous post.
3: here is a link of the recording i made for the game support team wich lead to the message in picture of the first post of this topic. (issue is about the stuttering and the fps drop when aiming at terrain or other players and the laggy ui wich is know in this game for being related to having a "uncompatible yet" graphic card)
The recording is a complete battle with aiming a differents points of the map (including plain water) trying different commands to see how the ui reacts, there is also a fps indicator in the upper left corner https://youtu.be/GBIWtSLdYmA
4: i did the system report as requested
From what i understand from the game support. they know its an issue with Arc gpus, they wont spend time and money on this unless there is a large enough potential playerbase for them wich they seem to hope having at some point(wich i kinda understand) and they expect this to end up being fixed with a driver update in the future.
so im here doing "the extra mile" in hope this can be fix.
Where can i send this report outside of "public reach" ?

Hello blakenet,
We appreciate your patience.
This time we would like to ask for more information about your issue, please provide us with the following:
- We would like to confirm if you are playing the game from Steam or the game developer's website.
- Provide us with a screenshot of the game setting you use. This would help us for issue reproduction purposes. Also, it would be ideal if you can change the game language to English so we can select the exact settings you use when replicating your issue.

hi.
Yes, sorry for the delay, got busy in the aftermath.
For making it simple.
Medium global setting makes it all going fine (200+fps) (but at medium, my 12y old 2nd computer can push it too and his 10y old graphic card too)
any global setting over this cause the issue wether its high, very high or maximum, the framerate drops at 80+- and going around 20 when aiming.

FSR 1.0 OFF
Vsync on (60Hz)
